I've recently just gone for the chop so I can grow my hair back healthily. As I love having long hair and it suites me better hehe. Any tips on how to maintain the strength and help it grow faster?! thank you xxxx

Keep it healthy, use good moisturizing shampoo, conditioner and mask. Use heat as little as possible and when you do use a heat protector. Eat healthy and drink lots and lots of water :)

Sabrina hit it on the head, but also know that you can't make your hair grow any faster than your biological make up allows. Your genetics determine how fast it grows, not what you use on it. But, like Sabrina said, you can keep it strong and healthy so it can grow :)
