So I recently moved to Tennessee and I really want to get my hair cut and when I still lived in California I used to go to ulta and get it done. now where I live there is only one ulta about 20 minutes away and I happened to read the reviews on the store because I haven't gone in yet and they're all horrible. should I try it or just go somewhere else?

You can't always trust reviews most of the times people only post the negatives... I'd say go in for a consultation ask to maybe see some before and afters and go from there or look up a few salons to go to.

I agree with Charlese. Most people are more prone to post bad reviews than good, & of course there's always miserable people that just can't be pleased. I'd definitely go in for a consultation, but also keep your eye out for another place. Maybe ask around for suggestions, when I moved back to where I am now I was so stressed about finding a good hair stylist. I went to many places I didn't love, never horrible outcomes but I came from a salon in south Florida with a master stylist who does Eva Longoria, Paris Hilton and Eva Mendes' hair so I was determined I'd never find anything to compare and I went with a recommendation & honestly love my hairstylist I'm with now just as much if not better sometimes! So keep an open mind, you may need to try a few places before you find one you love. Hopefully someone on here may even live near you & have a great suggestion.
