My little sister has these bumps on her upper arm and on her shoulder but I have no idea what it is. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me figure out what it is and how to get rid of it.

I wouldn't worry about it I get them a bit, it's just as the skin reacts to pollution and other chemicals in the air they will go in maybe an hour or it might take a few days 💜 it's natural to get them don't worry xx

Could they be bug bites maybe?

R.T I don't think it's bug bites because there on her shoulders too and she mostly wears tee-shirts to school and when we're out.

No, I meant like bed bugs! Since they're scattered all over like that! Maybe it's just a rash of some sort :) does it itch or anything?

I would suggest to keep a watch on them. if they naturally fade away then its good and if they reappear. you must consider a dermatologist about it as I had same kind of pimples on my shoulder and upper arms.

I agree with Annabel, I get them all the time to. No biggie as long as they aren't hurting or itching. If they are itching then I'd put hydrocortisone cream on it.

Sometimes these bumps appear in case of stress, when you eat too salty because your skin becomes very dry... you can use a soft body peeling and after shower a bodylotion with urea. it helps to keep your skin hydreated naturally.

I get them too! There's nothing to worry about, most likely they are caused by the skin reacting from your shower gel and other products you use.

If they stay for a while, it might be keratosis Polaris, which is basically caused by the things listed above (stress, reaction to pollution etc) or even could be just a random occurrence. Try the ameliorate body lotion - it will keep the skin smooth and help with the KP to prevent reoccurrence, and if it's not KP then it's still a really good body lotion!

I'm definitely going to have her try out a few these options because she itches it sometimes and picks at it. But she hasn't changed any of her products or anything.
