Tomorrow is my birthday and I'm planning to wear falsies for the first time but I have a major problem. my real eyelashes are really really curly and thick. I have no idea how to apply the lashes without getting glue onto my real ones.. can someone please help? and don't suggest using an eyelash curler upside down bc I won't lol. thanks in advance(:

My mom has extremely curly lashes and I put falsies on her all the time.
the first time isn't going to be easy but after that it's veryyyy easy.
I love putting falsies on, it's my favorite part of doing my makeup.
mine aren't straight or curly they are like in between lol. (I wear falsies everyday)
Do you know how to apply falsies?
Have you used them before?

Here's my tips -
Let the glue dry on the lashes for about 30 seconds. Once the glue is tacky/sticky it will stick to the lids right away. also make sure you aren't applying the falsies to your actual lashes.

using tweezers helps a TON when it comes to applying falsies. Use them to hold down in the corner of the eyes and to move the falsies around since your fingers are too bulky and big to get where tweezers can.

Before applying lashes always remember to fit them onto your eyes, if they are too long TRIM THE EDGES! if they are too long they will lift off the corners of your eyes which will make them eventually come off.

when applying falsies don't apply them where your inner corner is, apply them where your actually lashes start! many people make mistakes of applying falsies to the inner corner of your eye. it will get very irritating if you don't put them where your lashes start.

My favorite glue is the revlon precision lash glue. it's way better than the duo, ardell, salon perfect and so many more. it comes in a all white tube and it has a brush so that makes everything so much easier and not messy like the duo glue.
and my eyelashes will NOT lift at all with this glue, with all the other glues I tried (including duo) they lifted in about 2-3 hours or less.
This glue is underrated, and If you are going to be wearing falsies then you need this glue. I seriously refuse to use any other glue.

I'd suggest that you use tweezers. Just be really careful. And don't give up when it becomes a mess, just be patient and calm and try again. I also have curly lashes and the first time I applied them (like two months ago) I only had to try once. It's easier than it looks. Oh and I recommend using duo's glue. I saw that every youtuber who has a video on falsies uses duo so that's why I bought it too. My lashes stay on all day.

I'm not going to tell you it's super easy because it's not hahaha so I suggest trying it out tonight so you don't mess up your eye makeup tomorrow. I hate applying lashes on clients with super curly natural lashes, but I find the best way to go about it is let the glue get as tacky as possible, and then go from above angle them so you get the glued edge where it's supposed to first because that's the most important part even if they stick straight up, then use tweezers to squeeze them down
