Has anyone noticed a decline in quality of Babe tape in hair extensions?

I just got a new full set of Babe brand tape ins put in a few weeks ago. I have possibly even more pieces than I did last time and the whole set feels extremely thin and a little dull and fried. my last set was so thick I need layers to thin it out, and this set - if I cut layers the extensions would essentially be pointless.

Yes I quit using there hair because the quality is so crappy now. I would go back and forth between a few brands but now I won't use babe at all.
