I've got my eye on the Tarte Showstopper palette & the Kat Von D Monarch palette.
Any suggestions?

I've honestly never tried Tarte's shadows but I absolutely ADORE my Monarch palette. It is so beautiful and easy to work with, and I don't think you can get a better palette if you're into warm toned neutrals. I'll admit my favorite shade is Wrath, the orange, but it is utterly beautiful and I think if it were the only neutral palette I had I'd be absolutely fine.

If you're at all on the fence I definitely recommend going to swatch the palettes :) usually seeing things in person clears everything up for me.

I have the monarch palette and I love it! colors are awesome they go with eachother they blend well and they have a really good pigmentation
