Face and brows:
Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow in taupe for brows and contour kit for contouring and highlight, Mac cosmetics prolongwear concealer in NC 15 for spots and under eye circles, set with rocky horror limited edition invisible powder
Eyes:
120 eyeshadow palette from bh cosmetics blue and red shades and Mac blitz and glitz gel liner to create an nice dark line and the heart on the cheek and retro glam mascara topped of with some individual lashes from eBay to create a fuller set of lashes
Lips:
Mac cosmetics just a bite lipstick and bag sad girl in the center

The only critique I have is if you're going for the new movie look, then make it lots more messy in the eyes. It still looks great, but harley in the suicide squad movie looks like she applied the eyeshadow on her lid in the dark lol. But it looks really good :) and you'd be a very cute blonde lol

Beautiful! I have always loved Harley Quinn and honestly I am not a fan of how they've changed her look, I'm much more into classic Harley. But you did an amazing job on recreating it!
