Pick any color you like, bold is best, then apply it as eyeshadow or a lippie, but not both. Accent that same color in your accessories and shoes. Though a dress like that just screams classic red lip and a winged eye.

That's beautiful, I think I'd keep the classic vibe with a braided updo, some bold red lips and neutral eyes with winged liner. Nothing dramatic or shimmery on the shadow! As for shoes either nude or black :) red if you're feeling bold.
