I want to dye my hair a bright red, like Ariel's, but I need to save the money. How much does it cost? I normally go to the Hair Cutter. My hair is dark brown now (almost black).

I agree with Alexis about calling your local salon to check since prices vary depending on where you live and which salon you go to. I had bright red "Ariel" hair this last year and it was honestly pretty expensive to do the upkeep necessary for it to look good between touch ups, atleast in comparison to other hair colors. You will need to invest in a color depositing shampoo and conditioner as well, or make your own at home. Also, a tip to make it last a little longer, only wash/rinse your red hair in the coldest water you can handle, hot water will fade it significantly faster.
