Go simple on the makeup :) mascara, light lip color, light on the face makeup if you need it.
As for attire, can never go wrong with dress pants and a nice blouse (I like to wear button up chiffon blouses) or a pencil skirt with a nice blouse. Whatever works for you. Flats, heels, whatever you feel comfortable in for shoes. Just don't wear sneakers or jeans.
Good luck :-)

Whoops sorry! Didn't know there would be pictures. 2 would be cute! Even with the first jacket(blazer?) over it if that's black.

Take the blazer from 1 and put it on 3 and you'll be all set! You want to look professional. What shoes are you wearing? You should go with heels or flat, no sneakers or sandals.
Keep the makeup simple and natural.
Hair curled or straightened or in a sleek bun/ponytail.

3 would also look good :-)

I wouldn't wear high knee socks like that.. people come in for interviews all the time at my job and get turned down because they look too provocative.. but that's just how we are at my.job.

Where do you work, Kyra? I don't see how knee high socks could be provocative in any way.

I couldn't even tell those were knee socks, they look like tights lol. I think her look is quite cute! not too provocative at all.

I don't even think they are knee high socks.

I like #2 with the blazer from #1, without the tights.

Oh I'm sorry,I wasn't trying to be rude? in the first picture I thought her dress at the bottom was her legs showing.@shanae and I work at a dairy queen, and have had girls come in in long over the knee socks and those skater skirts, and my boss turned her down.Because yeah, that is a little to 'provocative' for an interview, that is what I was saying, 'too provocative for an interview' showing skin for an interview other than shoulders down, and knee/shin down is considered 'inappropriate' most interviewers. that's why you'd switch them out for tights or something. and I totally think that kind of outfit is cute!!(skater skirts with knee high socks) but we are talking about an interview. but I did just realize they are tights,. sorry,I was on my break and was replying quickly and clearly didn't see your pictures completely. tights are the perfect thing to wear under a dress. I love outfit one.

Lol. Too provocative for dairy queen, the ones down here might as well be considered straight up strip clubs then lol. I understand what you were saying though.

Are you serious? what is up with the drama. I was not being rude,at all.

Let's not take away from Marys post this is dumb. it was an honest mistake, didn't mean ANYTHING by it.

Kyra, there was no drama. Calm down.

Honestly I think any of them. The girls above have solid advice, but you're 14 and they won't expect you to have business attire or interview outfits yet.
When I was 14 I got a job by interviewing at dairy queen in old very ripped jeans and a band tee. It wasn't a planned interview, I had gone after school, but I got the job anyways. As long as the person hiring isn't expecting someone older and experienced, they likely won't have a problem with any of the outfits. And if they do, you probably don't want to work there since they'd have way high expectations of a 14 year old. But good luck, and be confident :)
