I have big blue eyes and whenever I used dark colors it seems that it over powers my eyes and makes them appear smaller. Can anyone recommend what I should do?

Stick to beiges, browns, or even golds. Sometimes using pink or silver looks really good too. :)

Anything in the orange family: golds, coppers, peach, etc... Orange is the complementary color to blue :-)

Also use lighter colors in the inner corners and white liner on waterline it makes your eyes look bigger:-)
