I have oily skin and I can't figure out which primer is best for me to reduce oil and keep my makeup on for the whole day.

I don't think it's just the primer that will help your situation. You might have to go for a combination of a good mattifying moisturizer as well as a primer and a mattifying or Demi-matte foundation. Smashbox photo finish light has a good consistency and absorbs really well into the skin. Also, CoverFx make their primer for blemish prone skin which has 2% BHA. A very reputable brand!
