I'm no expert. But I would say tightline your upper lash line. Use a primer for eyeshadow, I don't think it matters what brand you choose to go with but you'll need neutral shades of eyeshadow. I just got a sample of The Balm in the copper color Fit and it applies wonderfully! It looks like they may have waterlined the bottom lashes with a nude color. And I can't tell if those lashes are faux lashes, lash extensions, real lashes or lashes used with a fiber mascara. Lightly apply the shadows and blend the seams. I learned recently that you should use little pressure when applying shadows. Hope I have you something useful.
