Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening Gel works really well...its about 6 bucks and you can get it at walmart!

one mashed up strawberry with baking soda to create a paste. brush on and leave on for five minutes (if you can stand it) it turns purple which we know purple cancels yellow!! :) Also since it is acidic, be careful. Maybe once a week treatment. happy whitening!!

Peroxide, baking soda, along with your tooth paste works rather well. I've also had people tell me that taking a rather ripe banana peel and rubbing then inside, where it's still edible, on your teeth, leaving it sit for 5 minutes, then brushing will work. I have personally never tried it, but then sample applies with an orange. Crest 3D White Strips are helpful. You can use the lemon juice method, but not very often. Though it is very acidic, it's very helpful. I myself use the lemon juice method, and I'm happy with he results. I do it once or twice a week. Never twice in a row. The taste is not so pleasant, but it will work, I guarantee! I hope I was helpful!

I have the five minute whitening gel and it did nothing for me :( plus it tastes bad and you have to do it twice a day! I've used peroxide and it does wonders..try that and crest 3D whitening strips but stay away from acids. They're destroy your enamel (eg. Lemon juice)

put on a white strip or whitening gel which is what i use and then go tanning and smile in the bed that has facial bulbs. im sure you might not tan but hey thats what i did one time and ive had the brightest white teeth ever since, wouldnt suggest doing it more than once cuz the results are intense and they might be uneven. just brush with baking soda, its a little less dramatic result but still works alright if you do it everynight.

Anya, anything citrus with continuous use (even drinking orange juice) is bad for your teeth. It makes your teeth whiter because it takes off layers of enamel revealing new, white enamel. It doesn't remove stains, and enamel is something you can never get back, eventually making your teeth almost transparent
