You both need to stop being childish :)
In answer to the question.. I pop mine and haven't had any problems (yet) but it completely varies. Clean hands, very gentle. Or even use a STERILE needle to just prick the very first layer of skin. Don't go sticking it right in!!

If you know how to do it correctly its fine but sometimes it does leave acne scars.

Because most people don't know how to do it correctly. If you use and extractor or make sure your face is clean as well as your hands and you are gentle and don't break the skin it should be fine.
I'm an esthatician and I pop my pimples all the time I also remove my blackheads.
