So I won this in a raffle but I don't know what it does. It doesn't say on the back either. Does anybody know what this does or how to use it?

It's a root volume spray 😊 just spray a small amount on your roots and blow dry.

It looks like mousse to me. You use it to add volume like Brittany said.
