Can back combing your hair 5times In a week damage your hair really bad that it will stop growth & what about these volume sprays from vo5.

Backcombing can be damaging but the Charles Worthington Texturising spray from Boots is very good! Gives loads of texture and volume without the back combing. I love the stuff!

Back combing is quite bad for you. Like Rebecca said, I would probably start using a volumising mousse or spray. I like VO5 products so I don't see why their volume sprays wouldn't be good.

I use the vo5 volume spray but it says at the back of the can I have to spray it on my hair and then back comb the hair.

I don't have a back climbing brush should I get one or can I continue to use just a regular comb && after coming home how do I get rid of all the back combing since you have stated not to brush out the tease..

Do you get what I am trying to say Lil

I find it hard to explain things #cheers
