Anyone had any success with it? I'm trying it now it did make a pimple speed up its healing.. I think anyway.

I've had it after facials and as part of HydraFacials. From one time use, I've never noticed a difference. Maybe it's more effective with the at home devices that can be used daily. Is that what you're trying? I've been interested in them, but the price is pretty steep.

Yeh it was 90% off in a small pharmacy near me they were just getting rid of stock so I bought one, I need to be more strict with it and do it every day.

You mean infra red? I use it all the time for pain, but I haven't tried it yet for pimples. I guess I don't have enough of those. my lamp can definitely be used for that though, as stated in the manual.
