I agree with Alexis, the skirt is cute but the necklace and belt isn't necessary imo.
I would change into a different (solid color) shirt.

I think it would look very cute with a white plain tank or crop top. I don't really think black would look good, I'd deff wear white with it though but that's just me. I love the skirt!

You have a lot going on with that outfit I'd wear a plain top keep the belt and I'd say only wear the necklace if its a vneck or lower cut top.
