After years of preming I've recently decided that I wanted to transtion my hair I haven't prem from December and I finally want to start using products on my hair but don't no which one to use does anyone have any tips.

Ahhh...your hair is still in the in-between stage...new growth and old. Deep conditioning masks are going to be your bestfriend to keep the frizz to a minimal. A great line to look into because its going to be super gentle is Phyto. Its a botanical based haircare line. There is a conditioner called Phyto9. Its a leave in and a lil goes a long way. It will not only take care of the new growth but it will also strengthen the weak areas (where there is still perm product remaining).
