I currently use the Kat Von D Tattoo foundation & I love it but I find it drying. I'm looking for a full coverage foundation that will not cling to dry patches. Opinions on these 3 or suggestions for other foundations?

I agree with Ashley. Or try UD Naked Skin foundation. Both can be full coverage, but they feel like you're wearing nothing

I love the UD naked skin, covers all my redness and blemishes very well, and I have dry spots around my nose and lips and it does NOT accentuate that. This has been my go to foundation ever since I bought it.

I forgot to mention MUFE hd clinged to all my dry patches but it looked so flawless in photos lol!
