Need a new eyeliner!

I've been trying different eyeliner pencils to line my waterline and to tight line my eyes, but it always transfers and smudges within 2-5 hours! I've used Lancome, Rimmel, Essence and Maybelline black eyeliner pencils and I want to try something new that'll stay on my eyes.

I'm sorry I can't recommend one because I don't use eyeliner on my water line but I would get a water proof one if it smudges to help that.

If you're looking for a drugstore product, Almay makes a great eyeliner. Best drugstore one I've found. I've used it for about 4 years.
