Idk what's causing it, because I rarely break out back there. Tips & tricks to help get rid of it or at least help it would be appreciated :)

You should go see a dermatologist if condition is bad. else you can drink one small glass of aloe vera juice every morning before eating anything! this will improve your overall health, skin and of course hairs!

Thank you. I appreciate your help. It's really not that bad, just a few bumps here and there. But with summer arriving I want a nice back! Lol.

I've used panoxyl and it's my holy grail when my back breaks out

Exfoliating and then using some kind of of cream that contains salicylic acid would be great. I get a few bumps here and there from conditioner! After washing and conditioning my hair, no matter what I do, there's still conditioner residue (I guess?) still on my back and it causes break outs.

Are you using new laundry detergent? I had the same issue. It could be because your hair touches there or because you could be sensitive or allergic to the laundry detergent. Just to throw out some idea's!

I have acne on my back all the time and mine isn't just a few bumps. it's normal. many girls at my school have it as well. it's probably from the conditioner sitting on your back. I exfoliate my skin and then use some sort of cleanser with salicylic acid to help get rid of it.

If you have been letting your hair down when its sweaty/dirty it might break you out! Also, have you cleaned your sheets lately? Not many people think about their bedding but if you don't wash it enough you might begin to break out from it!

If you use the conditioner and take the conditioner out of your hair ( as usual) but forget to wash your back thoroughly then it causes breakouts to fix them scrub your back after you use the conditioner.
