Two questions guys!! What is a good, hydrating foundation (any price) and what is a good GOLD powder highlighter?!

For a hydrating foundation, I would suggest the Lancôme Teint Idole 24Hour foundation, the Garnier BB Cream, and the Physician's Formula Super BB Compact Cream. Although the last two are not exactly foundations, they do both have pretty good coverage and could act as one, although I would advise to set them with a powder (excluding the Lancôme product). As for highlighters, I do agree with Kylie, Becca is a great company to choose.

If you can't find a hydrating foundation, you can mix some oil with any foundation. If you watch Wayne Goss' videos on foundation, he says that mixing you foundation with a little bit of oil (jojoba, coconut, olive, ext) your foundation will look flawless and your face will be moisturized. :)
