I also use that foundation and I use the nyx dewy setting spray which I really like! I also use a dewy mist from lancome but I think it was limited edition which is annoying because I love it! For powder I hear mac mineralise skinfinishes are good but I personally use one from catrice just down my t zone though. You could also try an illuminating lotion under the foundation such as mac strobe cream but a lot of drugstore brands have some such as nyx and rimmel. I use one from the boots botanics range or one from no7.

I haven't been able to find any drug store ones but just to give you an idea!

You should try using an illuminating lotion over your primer then use the foundation and then the spray and it will give you radiant skin. That's what I do. Yes the nyx spray definitely takes the edge off from that flat matte look :) I use about two or three sprays.
