In trying to get a good idea of what many women do to their hair to keep it healthy. All I do when I'm in the shower first thing I do is wash my hair with the loreal sulfate free smoothing shampoo, lather rinse, then I use the conditioner that goes with it. And I tie my had in a bun while the conditioner is in it for a few minutes while I do other things lol. Then I rinse and get out if the shower. I towel dry my hair then put garnier fructis argan oil serum into my damp hair as a kind of leave in conditioner.

Do a conditioning treatment once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to moisturize your hair and make it healthy. Leave in the oil in with a shower cap over your head for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to let your hair absorb it. Sometimes it’s good to leave it overnight for extra moisture. I use an argan oil hair mask from pro naturals for repairing and moisturizing and it leaves my hair so soft and healthy, I totally recommend it.

At the moment im.using alpecin shampoo and coconut oil conditioner. Then a "wonder 10" leave in treatment. Once a week ill put olive oil with honey in warmed up on my hair over night and leave it until about 2 the next afternoon. I only use a wide tooth comb when my hair is wet and rarely a proper brush. I brush from.the bottom working up. My hair has never looked more radiant or been softer x

Thanks :-) its grown a bit since then. My hairdresser loves doing my hair because despite bleaching it constantly for years its healthier than a lot of women hair that she does :-) and I have two children so its not something I have a great amount of time to spend on (or money :-()
