Biotin or BioSil vitamins. Keep ends clipped and deep condition twice a month.

I agree with biotin that stuff is amazing. Improve overall health: plenty of sleep, lots of water, daily activity, healthy foods. Limit chemicals, heat tools, and harsh styling products. Don't comb through wet hair- if you do use wide tooth comb. Get a quarter inch trim every 6 weeks, but don't let them use regular shears- have them use the thinning/texturizing shears on the very ends, so no length comes off but damage does. Also a question for you: do you use product in your hair regularly and if so what is it? Also, what part of your hair is oily?

When my hair is curly I use these carrot growth serum to keep it moisturize. And sometimes I'll use a little gel or moose. When I straighten my hair I don't use anything really unless I'm styling it.

Most of the time I have my hair professionally straightened instead of naturally curly

Hair won't grow faster no matter what you do to it. Your heartbeat is the ony thing that makes it grow
