You have gorgeous skin! but the feature that stands out the most are your eyes, so I would make them stand even more with a winged eyeliner and plenty of mascara! I would also try looks like smokey eyes with a range of browns and coppers. for lips a nice pinkish nude :)

It eyes are very pretty. You wouldn't want to make them stand out to much, then it would look like you only have eyes. Maybe some blush to bring you face together while highlighting your eye area.

Definitely some lip color I think you would be able to rock and color!(: some mascara and winged liner and define your already perfect brows.

I think I would deffinitly try a bold lip liner and over draw your top lip a bit because it's so tiny but nothing dramatic
