I used to have this problem all the time with contacts. I've been using dailies for a few years now and I realized it has never happened. You should definitely give them a shot. Expensive, but worth every penny! I use Benefit They're Real push up eyeliner. It flakes a bit, but I still like it and it has never gotten on my contacts.

I just tried the Marc Jacobs highliner and it's so worth the money. It stays in my tightline all day. This is the first eyeliner I've tried that lasts more than a couple of hours on me.

Another option is a contact cleaner. Even though I use disposables, I use Sensitive Eyes Bauch&Lomb daily cleaner. Easier solution than trying 8 new liners and contacts feel new every morning!

Agree with the ladies above. I'm a contact wearer and the Inglot liner has never disappointed me :)
