Hi guys I cannot stress my frustration on the fact that I cannot do winged eyeliner regardless of the amount of hours and technique I have used so hard to admit but I give up on the wing. Anybody can give me eyeliner styles jus for the waterline?? Because putting eyeliner on my bottom eye is easy for me to do :) at least I have success at that.

I personally find it easiest to draw it out with a pencil first to help give me a guide. I have tried several brands both drugstore and high-end gels and liquids, and Kat Von D Tattoo Liner is the easiest and longest lasting for me!

I agree with Lisa! Kat Von D Tattoo Liner is the easiest way to get the perfect wing.

I have hooded eyes and I've learned that a wing just doesn't look right with my eyes. I've spent countless hours trying to perfect it but it's always looked weird. I realized, after finding out that hooded eyes need makeup applied differently, that it's just not something I can pull off. Maybe that's the issue?

Use a felt tip. It's much easier because it's more precise and pointed than a pencil, but not as messy as a liquid.
