I have close set, hooded eyes & need evening makeup ideas!

It is my 18th Birthday soon & I am going to an elegant restraunt to celebrate, but i am no good at doing evening make up & need some advice on techniques or colours for my close set, hooded eyes.

Goss Makeup Artist on Youtube has great tutorials to helo you there since he has your type of eyes. Keep the black liner to a minimum or more focused on your outer portion of the eye. I'd suggest only putting shimmer shades on your lid. Make sure you define you crease to give the illusions of pushing your eyes out forward. Basically try to think gradient effect. Light in the inner part of the eye, then fade to the darkest on the outer part of your eye.
