If you hv already bold lips, your eye make up must be really simple n not heavy like blue/purple eyeshadows. Warm neutral colours would be nice

I literally just posted that picture for someone else! Haha rule of thumb, strong lips simple eyes always exceptions to any rule though, I bet a soft neutral smokey eye with a very thin liner on top and a tiny bit of mascara would pair beautifully or even strong brows big full lashes and that lip color.
