Well it's easier said than done but running it's probably the best. But if your not a runner like me just do some kind of cardio maybe zumba (thats what I want to start doing) and things like crunches for sure will help. Cut out junky foods and sugary drinks instead drink lots of water and lots of veggies and fruit in moderation (because they still have a lot of sugar). Also, drink water before you eat fill a small plate instead of a big plate, you can always go back for more if youre still hungry, eat slowly and have water with your meals and eat only til your full not stuffed.have 5 small meals instead of 3 big meals throughout the day. I have also heard taking biotin helps, I'm not sure about that from personal experience but wouldn't hurt biotin also helps hair skin and nails :-)
Dont stress about it! I feel the same way and I know I beat myself up too much about it and just makes me feel worse:-\ so keep a positive attitude and at LEAST once a day say something good about yourself, it will definetly help self confidence which in return will help you be the best you want to be on the inside and out :-)

There is nothing wrong with wanting to get in shape or improve a certain part of your body. You just shouldn't obsess about it or worry about it. And you do seem a little young to be worrying about such things. Just eat healthily and do regular exercise, that's what we should all be doing anyway. And doing things like sit ups help to tone the muscles in the stomach.

get the Adrian James toned tummy app on the App Store ! you have to pay for it but its worth it, it includes videos of core exercises for easy, medium and hard and has a meal plan and workouts too that are timed with 15 second breaks in between. It's a great app!

Dancing is awesome for your abs I would definitely look into Zumba Core and buy some sneakers designed for your core walking is also real good. Also stay away from soda, sugary foods and drink. And pick from the four basic food groups. 8 glasses at 8 oz. per day and eats banana once a day. If your into gymnastics it's excellent for your abs but make sure you warm up and do stretches. You don't want to cramp up when your in the middle of a routine.

do a regular exercise like jogging, biking or sit-ups. Of course, you need to slow down on junk funks and sweets. You really need to motivate yourself if you want a flat stomach.

I have my BS in Kinesiology and am a certified personal trainer... hopefully I can help.
If you aren't an avid runner I would start of with jogging 3 minutes then walking 2 minutes 6 times for a 30 minute cardio workout. Once it begins getting easier to do go to 4 running 1 walking, then straight running. After you cool down and stretch then go in to a core workout. Start off with 30 Russian twists w/ a medicine ball or not(count 30 by left 1, right 2, etc), next a plank on your forearms for 30 seconds, then 30 elbow to knee crunches(same counting as Russian twist), finally 25 reverse crunches. Repeat these four exercises one more time and make sure to give yourself 30 seconds rest in between.
You can look all of the exercises up on youtube for a better idea. And remember to go at your own pace. If you can't do the full amount of reps work up to it! :)
P.S. a good post work out drink is nesquick chocolate milk.
