I have this weird orange patch in my hair?

You could definitely still dye your hair that way, but you'd have to dye the orange to match the other color. Also, unless this is something that is normal for your family, I would get t checked out. It seems really strange to me and it could indicate something more serious. It may not but it's always good to be safe.
