I'm getting my hair dyed pastel tomorrow, and because that will take a lot of bleach, I wanted to put some coconut oil in my hair as a deep conditioner, but I forgot to do it until now! I have heard it is hard to wash out and takes a few washes, so should I do it now, or will it still be greasy tomorrow?

Don't put it on your scalp and you'll be fine. It only takes me one wash to wash out coconut oil. The people who have trouble washing it out are probably putting it on their scalp. Do it now, mist your hair with water, rub coconut oil from the middle shaft to your ends, put on a shower cap and go to bed. If your hair lacks protein, add a bit of avocado to the mixture.

I wouldn't wash your hair if you're getting it done tomorrow! Just put a peas sized or two through your miss hafts to your ends, and you can put some leave in conditioner lightly through it. But it's best not to wash it, as your natural oils will condition your hair :)
