What is the purpose for this primer? for what type of skin type?


I bought the elf but I don't think it doesn't works on my skin

Thanks Jacqueline for informing me :). I actually thought the opposite, since it feels very slick on my skin I thought by applying makeup over it the lasting effect wouldn't be as effective.
