Burning above lip 😁

Above my lip and around my nose burns very bad. It stings. I'm not sure if it's allergies or if it's from chemicals that dry out that area? I just need help curing the burning feeling. And my skin is very sensitive :/

You should try curel or cortizone 10. It helps heal the area
