Using taupy brow pencil on top of a reddish or blonde one gives a really nice effect once everything is blended out.

I'm a redhead too and my lashes and brows are the same haha, honestly I haven't found a way to fill mine in that are "natural" looking so to speak however I like to use a brow wax and powder to do mine, just because I find powder isn't the best for my sparse, blonde eyebrows haha.

Powder usually looks much more natural than a pencil so try a powder, I like the NYX Eyebrow Cake Powder. Also use a brow gel, not only will it keep the hairs in place but it will also show that there are hairs there so it creates texture, making them look more natural (:

Why don't you get them tinted? They last for about a week and a half - 2 weeks! And it cost about $15.
