I would try and find a fitted shirt (or tank whatever is your style) in that green color for a slightly different look! Try forever21 basics collection. And maybe white wedges or a casual nude heel.

I'd wear a white tank with ruffles near the chest area, I don't know the specific name. & sandals. I'd accessorize with gold jewelry.
