For an outfit maybe a sweater like this. but because of the dress code requirements maybe opt out the shorts miley's wearing for skinny jeans or legging.

Depending on how much makeup you wear to school you can tweak this. make put blue eyeliner in your waterline and a red tinted lip balm to tone things down.
