How to get rid of lines?

I don't know if it's possible but I want to get rid of the lines in my lips. Or reduce the appearance.
I'm only 16 but I basically have old lady lips due to how many fine lines I have, I can't wear matte products or anything that might draw attention to my lips just because they will look super cracked. Even though I drink a ton of water, exfoliate my lips, and use lip balm 24/7. The lines just make my lips look dry and every product settles into the lines. I hate it. Any tips on how to make it stop? Thank you

Try to use a lip primer, lip pencil, or both before you apply any lipstick, also use a lip balm before, but like you said you already do so keep that up! :)

I have so many lines also and I'm only 15, I guess I've been trying to figure out how to get rid of the lines.

I try to use as much products as I can that have spf. If they don't I try to add it in some how.

Try to use a lip oil or coconut oil if you don't have one (basically any moisturizing oil) the oil will go into the fine lines and re-moisten them but the thing is it might not last...😅😅

Apply vitamin E oil every night.
