Please help me!
I've been using this new skin care set from the body shop it's the aloe line for sensitive skin. My set care with a toner and I also got eye defense cream. I have been wiping my eyes and entire face with toner and finishing with eye defense. I thought it was the eye cream but I stopped putting it on my lid and still have problems. Should I be cleaning my lids with toner? How exactly do you use toner? Do I even need to be using toner?

I keep toner completely away from my eyes. Just take a cotton ball, put some toner on it , & apply a thin layer onto your face (but not near the eye area). In my opinion toner is a must because cleansers raise the skins natural pH to levels that aren't good for the skin & a toner helps restore the skins natural pH balance.

Yes avoid toner on your eyes :( it most likely has alcohol and is drying your eye lids out incredibly!

I had a bad reaction to ELF primer and had this happen as well. I used lots and lots of moisturizer on them. I moisturized twice in the a.m. and at night with a repair mask (Paula's choice, I got a sample and it was enough to clear the problem). I also used aloe vera straight off the plant. It was the only thing that killed the itchiness. So I was carrying little chunks of aloe around for a few weeks. It was silly, but it worked.

Fayce to answer your question, toner is great to use in the morning before putting on makeup, since it makes your pores contract. That's when I use mine and I don't put it on my eyelids.
