My hair will not hold a curl!

I have long thick hair and it seems like no matter what I do, the curls won't last more than an hour at most. Any suggestions?

Kind of a pain in the ass, but I highly suggest washing your hair, applying a strong hold moosse or gel to your hair while wet and blowdry, then curl and apply a holding spray. Prepping hair for style is super important!

Alright I've never really put moosse in it before so I'll have to try that. I'm just so lazy and I would like to do it in the morning before school and I shower at night

I know what you're going through! What I do is use a straightener to curl my hair which works wonders and takes like 10min. and then I use Tresemme ultra hold and it works wonders.

My hair is the same way. what I do is I don't wash it the night before then curl it the next day. The natural oil holds the curl better than anything else. Also I find that using Aussie #4 hair spray helps it hold the best
