Oooh! I'd be using champagne colours or rose gold toned colours for the eyeshadow and maybe a nice nude colour for lips! Don't know about hair though, I only ever have mine in a bun haha! ;)

I'm with shaye on the makeup but for hair you can do the Ariana Grande up/down do.

I would maybe do loose curls and then pin one side of your hair back so all the hair falls onto one shoulder.

I think Arianas hairstyle is pretty casual. I'd go with loose curls like Ashley said. Champagne colors like Shaye said, sneak in a little glitter too!
