Ah okay well then I won't be much help in the skin department, I have very dry skin. Okay...bear with me here.
Saks: Tom Ford Lipsticks. My personal favorite shades right now are Plum Lush and Cherry Crush, but I'm also biding my time until I can get my hands on the Lips & Boys collection. Also check out the Chanel Holiday lipglosses, they have the absolute most wonderful packaging and I just cannot get over them.
Sephora: the Kat Von D Innerstellar, which is my favorite palette at the moment. I use it almost every day, it's completely perfect. I did write up a review on here, I can't link it from my phone but if you search "longest MOTD/review," it should show up. I'm also a huge fan of OCC right now, their Cosmetic Color Concentrate in Bauhaus is my absolute favorite shadow base for making the shades I pick stand out even more. Urban Decay Moondust Shadows are beautiful, ultra shimmery and glittery, I really recommend those. The Kat Von D Lightning Liner is another favorite for right now as well. The shade Poe is the prettiest purple eyeliner of all time, but Hex is such a beautiful burgundy that I absolutely couldn't choose between the two. I'd also recommend looking at Bite Beauty products, they're by far some of the best lip products I've ever tried.
Lush: I'm not a total Lush junkie but I'm a huge fan of their bath bombs. I don't recommend getting skincare from Lush, simply because they have a lot of perfumes and dyes in the things they sell, and I personally would not want that on my face. Their Twilight bath bomb is one of my favorites, though.
Mac: I'm really not a Mac girl either but you should check out their eyeshadow in Humid, it's a gorgeous deep green shade, as well as their Pro Longwear concealer which I like and I find that it doesn't dry me out, though it does have a drier finish so perhaps it would work well with your oily skin? Also, their paint pots aren't bad, if you're interested in a tone-evening base for your eyelids.

The Marc Jacobs line at sephora isn't technically new, but their eyeliners especially a lilac shimmer one, and I can't remember the name :(, but they are so beautiful

Grace, you're thinking of Luna (tic) I believe :) also, I was wrong about the Tom Ford Lipstick, the color I was thinking of was Ruby Rush :)

Thanks ladies! I ended up just getting a back up of my Mac Pro longwear concealer. The mall was SUPER busy because there was super nationals for cheerleading in town. TEENAGERS EVERYWHERE!
