I am not sure where her pic is from but I see those type of palettes all the time at the Nordstrom Rack. They are a great place to find beauty deals. I've found NYX, Lorac, Urban Decay, Stila, Nars, Smashbox, Philosophy, Bliss brand products at my local store marked down nicely from regular prices.

Oh and Lynn I haven't tried that exact Lorac palette but I own one with similar colors and I love it! I really like Lorac shadows, they are pigmented, blend easily and are really buttery. Treat yourself and buy it, post a look for all of us after you get it!
