So this morning I was doing my makeup this morning as usual, and decided to use glitter. I have a really deep love of glitter, and I use it often, but I hate the fallout. Especially because glitter sticks, it's so hard to get rid of. The best way that I've found to get it all off is to use tape, but that's kind of annoying because it pulls at my skin a bit. So anyway, my question for y'all is how do you go about getting glitter off of the rest of your face where you don't want it? Thanks!

I find putting eye cream on a qtip and running it along your skin helps remove eyeshadow and glitter fall out :)

Have you tried one of those eyeshadow shields? I also place a tissue underneath and I usually do face make up last when I'm using glitter. I'm so messy in general so usually the tissue works best since it covers more than my under eye area.

I have tried the shadow shields I don't know why but they don't really work for me I just end up with glitter down my face instead. I think I would rather just have fallout and remove it, because I feel like shields don't work but I'll definitely try tissues :) Bailee I'll definitely try that as well :)

Lol I have the same issue, it always ends up somewhere above my lip and cheek.. I guess I'm not the only one then!

Thanks :) no, Kitty, you're not alone. For one who loves sparkly things I am SO spazzy, my glitter ends up like on my forehead and my nose somehow.

Are you using a base designed for glitter? I use the too faced glitter glue and I have veeeeery little fallout, if any at all

I use either Too Faced Glitter Glue, Lit Clearly Liquid Glitter Bass or Anastasia Beauty Genius. The fallout doesn't happen throughout the day, just during application, so I'm kind of blaming my brush actually.

Honestly, I apply glitter with my finger! I always get the best application that way.

Try spraying studio fix plus by mac on a brush dip it in on the glitter n apply it to the spots you want to it will give you barely any fall out if any

Someone has suggested scotch tape and it has worked with sparkly eyeshadow fallout.
