So I have tried everything for a flawless look. I've tried different primers, moisturizers, and foundations. I have normal/dry skin and redness and a few acne scars but not much. I would like something full coverage or at least medium coverage. Also I really would like to try the Estée Lauder foundation but I'm not sure if it'll fit my skin type?

Oh and if it helps price isn't a concern for me to get the look! And also I like to use my beauty blender as well.

The Body Shop Virgin Minerals foundation works well with dry skin and has pretty good coverage.

I have the same skin as you or similar. I have a lot of redness but no acne. I use el double wear and I've tried so so many foundations at various price points yet nothing compares to the double wear for me. it is the only one that covers my foundation but doesn't look heavy or cakey like the Kat von d lock it did for me. I know people have said the double wear doesn't work for dry skin, but if you exfoliate, moisturize well and prime it shouldn't be a problem. I would suggest getting a sample but I honestly think we have the same concerns and I've never had an issue with it. if it doesn't work for you I could recommend some other foundations but to be honest none of them would be my HG. Good luck!

Thanks so much!! I really have been wanting the double wear but I'm too scared it's not going to work. But I'm definitely going to try it now!

Honestly I would go with ready set gorgeous, I've recommended this several times but it really does work (for me at least) I add primer and concealer with it then it gives the "no makeup makeup" look and it's really nice! If you do try it then you might want to carry around a concealer just in case :) I have red, oily, and acne prone skin and it looks great in this foundation and it's not bad for oily skin and never breaks me out! Good luck :)
