What Is The Best Coverage For Dry/Combo Skin?

So I am trying to develop an everyday foundation routine. I d have dry skin (oily on my forehead though).foundations that give a matte finish look weird on me and others look greasy.

I do not have discoloration much. So should I just use concealer, pressed powder, a certain liquid foundation, stick foundation, etc?

Also, I looove glowy looks if that helps ( I really hate matte).

I haven't tried it myself but I have heard great things of the Laura mercier silk creme foundation, it's full coverage but is not matte.

I also recommend trying the urban decay naked skin foundation, it's light to medium coverage I believe & leaves a glowy finish.
