It's an angled contour brush. It looks similar to my kashuk tools "angled crease brush #26". I use mine to lay down contour color to the outer corner of my "v." I press it onto my face with the pointy side pointing toward the end of my eyebrow and it makes a perfect footprint with the shadow. I use it almost like a stamp or something, then I go in with a separate blending brush to blend it with my inner lid color and to buff out the hard edges. The one you have is very compact which is great because most of the other angled contour brushes I've seen are bigger and more splayed out. It's a great time saver if you like to put a triangle of shadow in the outer corner. I use it with highly pigmented shadows so I only need one press of the brush.

You're welcome. I should add that's just how I use the brush, other people might do it differently of course and use it to blend their crease, but I find it to stiff for that. Zoe, out of curiosity, what was the brush set?

This is a really great set for a nice price and the hairs don't fall out either

Gosh my angled crease brush was almost as much as the whole set. That is a crazy amount of brushes. Even if you only ended up keeping a few of them it would be worth it.
Here's a video with it:
